At Redana Collections we strive to be constantly bringing in new, fresh, and unique styles to serve our cherished customers.  It is likely that, certain items displayed on on our site may no longer be in stock. In the event that a customer purchases an item which is no longer in stock, we will refund you for the entirety of that item plus any applicable shipping charges. We take sizes of customers at the point of purchase. However, a client who doesn’t know his may tell us their waist and size which will enable us to predict their size.
However, customers whose predicted sizes are inaccurate can return it back for exchange



We strive to display our products in our pictures as accurate as possible. Customers may also contact us for more information regarding products prior to their purchase. However, due to various factors, such as your computer monitor’s size and capabilities, may affect what you see on your screen. Therefore, we cannot be held responsible for the display of any colour, texture or detail of its merchandise on your computer or phone screen. Refunds and In-Store Pick Up Terms and Conditions

We do not provide REFUNDS under any circumstance other than if the item was not available at the moment of purchase.

We offer in-store pickups to our customers who would like to pick up their items instead. If items are not picked up within 10 days, customer refuses the right to exchange or get store credit for their items and the sale becomes final. If the item has not been picked up after 30 days, the customer refuses the right to claim their items and no refund or store credit will be provided.

By selecting in-store pick-up, the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Redana Collections

If a customer decides they would like the items shipped instead, they can request an invoice for shipping and items can be sent to the address they provide.

For items that are shipped, once the customer receives the package (when the tracking number provided by us appears as delivered) the customer agrees to not issue any chargebacks or disputes against Diva Boutique.
