WHAT ARE THE PAYMENT METHODS AVAILABLE?

At the moment, we only accept Mobile Money Payments.

HOW WILL MY ORDER BE DELIVERED TO ME?

Once your order is completed and has been sent to us, we will call to confirm your location, jacket size or waist size etc. Within 72hrs you should receive your product at your location.

HOW LONG WILL IT TAKE FOR MY ORDER TO ARRIVE AFTER I MAKE PAYMENT?

Customers in Greater Accra and its environs receive their orders within three (3) working days upon payment verification depending on the volume of orders received.

Customers outside Greater Accra will have their orders delivered between 3 to 7 working days, depending on your specific location.

If you experience delays in receiving your order, contact us immediately and we will help to confirm the status of your order.

DO YOU DO DELIVERIES BEYOND GREATER ACCRA REGION?

Yes we do.

At the moment, we only deliver to the Eastern and Ashanti Regions of Ghana.

CAN I RETURN THE GOODS I BOUGHT FOR ANY REASON?

Yes you can!
You can return the products to us under the following conditions;

1. if there are any physical defects on the products,
2. if you got the wrong product other than what you paid for

Please note that you have 24 hours from the time of receipt to carefully examine the product, within which you can notify us if you intend to return it. Such notice must specify in detail the particulars of the claim. Failure to provide such notice within the requisite time period (24 hours) constitutes irrevocable acceptance of the goods.

WHY MUST I MAKE PAYMENT IMMEDIATELY AT CHECKOUT?

Here at Redana Collections, our ordering is on a ‘first-come-first-served’ basis. To ensure that you get your requested products, it is recommended that you make your payment within 24 hours of checking out. All unpaid orders will be cancelled after 24 hours.

CAN I RETURN THE PRODUCTS PURCHASED FOR MY MONEY?

No, you can’t.

We provide store credit on all goods returned. This means that when you return a product, you have the option to pick a new product equal to the money you paid initially.
